Program Director
Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, Epiphany Center’s Program Director is responsible for the overall functioning of the Adult Services Department (comprised of residential and recovery services for women, with and without children). The Program Director also ensures the quality of care provided to the clients.
Qualifications
The Program Director must:
Be a licensed clinician (LMFT or LCSW)
5 years of experience working for a social services agency AND 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
Experience working in women’s recovery is preferred
Support and implement Epiphany Center’s policies and Mission Statement
Have personal qualities of maturity, dedication, responsibility, and leadership to fulfill the job responsibilities
Responsibilities
Direct the Adult Services Department and stay on-call to direct Program Coordinators
Hire, supervise, evaluate, and terminate staff as needed
Plan and implement staff development training sessions
Oversee and manage the budget for the Adult Services Department
Ensure client treatment plans are carried out by staff
Participate in meetings with staff, supervisors, and/or the Executive Director as needed for program planning
Manage city contracts and grants
Ensure that all policy, licensing, and certification requirements are met by the Adult Services Department
Participate in the DPH Providers’ meetings
Independently read, analyze, and interpret written information including business reports, government regulations, and legal documents
Maintain program records and write clear, informative reports and correspondences
Effectively present information to management, public groups, and the Board of Directors
Report any unsafe conditions and enforce safety policies and procedures
Drive Epiphany Center vehicles when required
Perform effectively and under pressure
