Fund-A-Need 2026
Dear Friends of Epiphany,
Over the years, your generosity through our annual Fund-A-Need has fueled transformative improvements to our life-saving programs — from expanding access to dental and vision care, to purchasing a 12-passenger van, new building windows, upgrading campus Wi-Fi, and installing a three-stop elevator and enhanced security system.
Last year, you raised $75,000 to support our Early Childhood Education Center, expanding capacity from 15 to 52 children and allowing us to serve families through preschool. This winter, we opened four new classrooms, launched our first-ever Pre-K program, and unveiled a 17,450-square-foot green schoolyard designed for learning and play. Because of you, more mothers and children can heal and thrive together.
This year, we invite you to invest in the next vital step: our Step-Down Transitional Housing Restoration & Renewal Project (estimated $400,000).
Our three-story Victorian home provides safe, sober housing for up to 14 women and their children as they transition from residential treatment to independent living. Here, recovery is strengthened, parenting skills are practiced, careers are planned, and permanent housing goals take shape. To continue offering this critical bridge to stability, the home requires essential restoration:
8 Bathroom Renovations — $175,000 | Safe, modern, dignified spaces for the women and children who live here.
Kitchen Remodel — $100,000 | A functional, family-centered kitchen to serve up to 14 mothers and 10+ children.
Exterior Restoration & Painting — $125,000 | Preserving the historic home that shelters families rebuilding their lives.
Can we count on you for a gift of support?
Your generosity ensures that more mothers and children have not just a place to stay — but a safe, stable, and nurturing place to rebuild, restore, and begin again.
