Our hearts were heavy with the unfortunate postponement of our annual Celebrating Mothers Luncheon, due to the Covid-19 shelter-in-place mandate. But we were thrilled to gather with you 'virtually' to celebrate all the amazing women who have shaped and inspired our lives: mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, nieces, grandmothers,  granddaughters, and friends!

Celebrating Mothers E-Luncheon

As we sheltered-in-place, we were thrilled to join you on May 6th in support of the vulnerable women, children, and families served by Epiphany Center.

We missed seeing YOU, our spirited and compassionate Epiphany family of supporters at the Epiphany League's annual Celebrating Mothers Luncheon!

But this year, as we sheltered-in-place, we asked you to join us for our e-luncheon and GIVE to Epiphany in a different way!

We thank so many of you who have given a gift in honor of that special women who has touched your life.  If you missed our virtural luncheon, there is still time to support our women and young children! Please consider donating what you would have raised your hand for during our Fund A Need - or the price of the lovely orchid garden (or two!) you would have purchased for that special woman in your life - or maybe the amount for the tickets for you and your guests - or the gift you would have given from afar if you were unable to attend.

Our goal is to raise as much, or more, than we would have raised at the live event.  Last year we raised a total of $43,000 for Program Support and the Fund A Need.

From the comfort of your home, in your softest athleisure, as you sip your favorite beverage, we ask you to join our e-luncheon and give a gift in support of Epiphany families!

The women who come to our programs bring stories filled with trauma and pain. Watching them blossom into self-sufficient, strong, courageous women is inspiring to all of us. As you listen to our client tell her story, you will hear a woman who continues to inspire and amaze us!  We know that you will be as proud as we are of her accomplishments.  She has shown us transformation is possible. Your support and affirmation of our mission has enabled her to be the person she is today.

Celebrating Mothers E-Luncheon

Currently we transport 20 women and 11 infants and toddlers, strollers and car seats to several appointments each day using a 2003 sedan and a 2007 seven passenger van. Two vehicles require two staff who ordinarily would be working with the women in group program meetings; having 2 staff tied up with transport is both time and financially consuming. Our goal is to purchase a 15 passenger van that would double the capacity of our current 13-year old mini van. Additionally, as this would eliminate the need for two vehicles and therefore two drivers, the clients would benefit from having one more staff member available to meet their needs and those of their young children.

May 2019 Luncheon

Through the amazing efforts of co-chairs Elyn Brennan and Erin Doyle Ebeling and the Epiphany League, our annual Celebrating Mothers Luncheon was, once again, a hugh success!

On the afternoon of May 9th, more than 150 guests gathered at the spectacular St. Francis Yacht Club to celebrate the beauty and wisdom of women everywhere with mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, and friends both old and new.  As guests mingled, they enjoyed bidding on silent auction items, shopping at the boutique, and purchasing spectacular orchid gardens.

After a delicious lunch, a recent graduate shared her inspiring and emotional story of how she was able to transform her life at Epiphany Center. Her words touched the hearts of everyone in the room. Our gratitude to  ALL who joined us to help provide HOPE to the women and children in our care!
