Three Cheers for the women, handcrafted granola, and Lynne Burrell

Last week, the sweet scent of cinnamon, maple syrup, and coconut wafted from Epiphany’s kitchen.
With Epiphany Cooking Instructor Lynne Burrell’s help, a dozen women worked together mixing fresh oats, raisins, dried cranberries, coconut, almonds, walnuts, and cinnamon to handcraft small batches of homemade granola.
Neatly packaged with labels reading “handmade with love by the women of Epiphany,” the granola gift bags were placed at each table setting as a present for Epiphany Tea attendees.
